"Avoid This State Farm Office at All Costs! I strongly urge anyone considering State Farm to go to a different office if possible. My experience with this particular branch was nothing short of a nightmare. After six months, I left for Geico, and the process of canceling my policy was incredibly frustrating. They made it nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone, and after a lot of back-and-forth and phone tag, I ended up being charged for an extra month. To make matters worse, SIX MONTHS later, I received a bill for over $1,000, claiming that I hadn't fully canceled my policy. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. When I tried to reach corporate for help, I was constantly directed back to the office, with no resolution in sight. I would not recommend this State Farm office to anyone. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and frustrating billing practices are unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and avoid the stress – go elsewhere!"

"I guess Alexander R. is no longer interested in insuring my three cars. Initially, he sent me a vague quote that only covered two of them. When I asked for details, I discovered the quote included a high deductible and lacked collision or comprehensive coverage for one of my cars. I replied with all the deductibles and coverages I needed, but it's now been three days without a response. I even followed up yesterday, but still no reply. You've lost my business. I received the quote by email, and his signature showed all your office details. We had communicated via text and email, so there's no need to contact you for him to get my feedback—he did get it and coincidentally sent me a customized quote soon after I posted this review online. However, it’s too late now, and the explanation that "the system or email was down for one day" doesn’t account for the three days I waited for a response, especially when I had responded to him via text and email. I don’t want to be taken seriously only after I post a negative review. Best of luck with future clients, but it won’t be me."

"I moved out of state and had to transfer polices entirely, they proceeded to take forever to cancel my policy. I asked to take a car off of the policy as well and they put a hold on it for over a month and proceeded to charge me for 2 cars for the next 2 months. They eventually gave me a credit for it. After I transferred to the new state and got a new auto policy with state farm. This office then proceeded to cancel my policy in the new state 2 months after I had transferred without any notice or warning and caused me to drive without insurance for a month. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE FIND ANOTHER."

"Searching for auto insurance can be exhausting and can lead to an influx of way too many unwelcome spam calls, emails, and texts. All I wanted to know is if there was a reputable insurance carrier that could give me a better rate than my current carrier with a ballpark figure on coverage and cost. The only communication I received with that non-nonsense approach, out of dozens of colds calls, was Alex Rodriguez from Joseph Ledo's State Farm Office. Alex was professional, not pushy.
