"I've been a customer for years even before moving to Fl. I called in with an issue regarding bill. I advised Heidi I was confused about my bill. The way she was breaking it down didn't make sense and confused me more. I advised her this and she continued to be nice nasty saying I'm sorry you feel that way. I advised this is not good customer service you can definitely hear the frustration in her voice. I told her I work in customer service and would never speak to a customer this way. At the end nothing got resolved and she hung up on me. Please work on customer service. It's not always about what you say it's how you say it. I would like a call from the branch manager to get my issue resolved."

"I was with my previous Insurance Co. Amica for over 10 years, never had a claim, but my account was hacked and I had to get new account. Amica's was returned because of new account. And they cancelled me! Tony Lucca from your company was SO helpful. He resolved my problems and I think he needs a RAISE :)"
