"I’ve been with this company for years … yet every time I call it’s an ongoing issue no one answers or ever calls back… I sent an email and finally got a call back days later and I requested to speak to Mr. Ledo himself since the people who work there always seem to be unhappy when they talk to customers. She said she’d put in a note and that he’d call me the next day.. it is now 2 days later.."
