"Jacky was amazing! She contacted me after I was shopping for Auto insurance. She was the first one to call me. I waited to start my policy until my current policy was ending. She always called me back. We played phone tag some, but she followed every call I made up with a call back and an email. She is a delight to work with. I highly recommend her as an agent. "Leila solved a problem for me instantaneously. But: Insurance premium is too expensive. There is no financial consideration for outstanding driving records, for low mileage, for rural area, for lifestyle (retired); plus, I was promised a rate which matched my previous insurance with Hartford, was given close to that rate, but after the first six months, the rate was increased."

Kyle was able to lower my auto insurance and get me better coverage which honestly felt like a win-win I didn’t think was possible. His customer service was absolutely on point. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to ask questions about me as a person not just as a policy number. That meant a lot. It truly felt like he cared about helping me make the best decision, not just making a sale. I needed to make my payment a couple of days after we first spoke, and Kyle personally arranged to call me back and handled everything exactly as promised.
