"I will keep posting honest reviews of this agent until google stops allowing him to delete negative reviews. I purchased insurance through this agent for my Truck, RV, golf cart and Motorcycle. I spoke in depth with Matt about my needs, I explained how I used the RV for extended trips (sometimes 9 months at a time) I explained to him that I keep a lot of personal items in the RV due to these trips. I was advised that it was fine. I explained to him that my current insurance covered my property contained within. I was assured the new policy would be the same. 3 weeks after the policy was signed for and I had not received my policy to review I had a catastrophic fire caused by the campground I was in. The camper and ALL of it's contents were lost. Because this agent wrote me an auto policy instead of an RV policy, none of the contents were covered that were inside. No offer of additional insurance, no mention that this is what he was writing, nothing. As of now I have lost everything in the trailer and have nothing. State Farm is paying for the trailer (Sort of) and none of my contents because this agent did not disclose what was and was not being covered. Buyer Beware. When I talked to Mr Ledo himself, I indicated my displeasure with his agent negating information. His exact words "If he didn't mention it, then he didn't lie to you" Your call, but this agent does not care about the people they write for, nor do they care how their actions affect us. It's all about getting a policy sold and not the insured outcome."

"I have been with StateFarm and Joseph Ledo's team for a few years now... to be honest I've never had to call in or speak with anyone until recently. I assumed it would be a simple and straightforward process to obtain a new quote and get information about possibly adding my significant other onto my policy as we both purchased new vehicles this past weekend. Boy was I wrong. What an absolute mess it has been. First off, it's extremely hard to get a hold of them by phone as I often got their voicemail. When I did get a hold of someone it was answered by "Heidi" who sounded irritated and was of ZERO help. I nicely explained what I was trying to do, she said she could not help get me quotes although I had names, DOB's, driver license numbers, AND VIN's for each of the vehicles. She bluntly said that "it was not possible." WHAT!? After I explained that I had been able to quickly obtain quotes from another carrier she abruptly put me on hold and transferred me to another agent. Come to find out this woman is actually the manager! Not sure if this was just a one off but if I'm Joe this would definitely not be an acceptable first impression for my business. Not sure if they're just understaffed or what, but it took nearly 3 days to get accurate quotes for the both of us. Between this and Heidi I was done. I took my business elsewhere and as long as "manager" Heidi is there I will not be returning."
