"Lamentablemente tengo que cambiar mi opinión de 5 estrellas la persona que atiende la llamada no me toma enserio solo me envía a buzón hace perder mi tiempo también he venido notando que todos los meces sin razón alguna mi póliza se vuelve más costosa dejo mi número para que me llamen y me den una explicación lastimosamente nunca pasa no me llaman y tampoco responden mis llamadas lastimosamente tendré que cambiar de compañía de seguro despues de esta casi 2 años con ellos el personal actual odia su trabajo no le importa atenderte es mi experiencia personal"
